Very compact rooms, but the space is cleverly utilized. Location is perfect for catching a walking tour nearby. Check-in is mostly automated, which felt impersonal. The rooftop lounge offers great views, but service was slow. Would stay again if I need a quick trip.

This hotel is just a short walk from Times Square, making it super convenient for access to all the energy and excitement of the city, along with being near places like Bryant Park, just about 1.5 km away, and the stunning views from the Top of the Rock, almost 2 km from the hotel; my room offered a lovely cityscape view, and the friendly staff helped enhance my experience. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms added to the stay, but the sound from neighboring rooms could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The layout was unsettling-no curtains separating the bathroom, and poor shower water pressure. Concierge service was lacking. Being deferred to a local business for luggage was disappointing. Dining options were overpriced, and the breakfast service was inadequate. The musty smell in the lobby? With improvements in cleanliness and service, it could be a fantastic stay.

The location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions. The large cabin-style room was also a plus for vegetarians and vegans like us, giving us enough space to relax.

That the hotel was not soundproof, and we could hear a baby crying constantly from a nearby room.

the location was perfect, near time square, theaters, restaurants, plus so much more. the staff were very friendly. loved the self check-in and the option to check in early for a nominal amount. the bed was super comfy, with an adjustable back. the shower was very satisfying. there were some cool areas to just relax. everything was automated but there is staff around to answer questions. we highly recommend yotel.
